We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss your campaign idea, and potentially prepare a pilot proposal.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in receiving and responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Where is your information stored?

Enquiries are handled through Brevo, our contact management and transactional email provider, and our business email service.

We also store enquiry details in our privately hosted NocoDB CRM, with synchronization managed through n8n.

Our hosting and email providers may process technical information required to operate these services.

The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive technical request information such as IP addresses.

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand website usage and campaign performance. Only approved campaign labels are collected, without analytics cookies, persistent browser storage, or cross-site advertising tracking.

How long do we keep your information?

We retain unsuccessful enquiries for up to six months after your latest enquiry, unless a longer period is required by law.

We periodically review and manually delete outdated enquiries and associated contact records.

If an enquiry leads to a business relationship, different retention requirements may apply.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or request restriction of or object to applicable processing, by contacting hello@rewardbeat.com.

You can also submit a complaint to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
